Solutions to common problems of vertical packaging machine

With the development of the packaging industry, automatic packaging equipment has been widely used, and many companies are introducing or using related equipment. In the process of use, packaging equipment may have some problems. If you find the manufacturer, you may not be able to solve them in time, but if you can solve some common failures yourself, it will reduce the impact of the failure on production. Let's talk about how to deal with common problems of vertical packaging machines.

1. Unclear typing, no typing, and production date
1. Check whether the characters are arranged neatly and unevenly.
2. Check whether there is any tightening or falling off of individual characters.
3. Check whether the ribbon is used repeatedly without ink.
4. Check that the word grain and the ribbon are multiple shifted, do not match up and down, and the word grain is outside the ribbon.
5. Check whether the ribbon is rolled into a strip (remove all the ink sticking to the round shaft due to the ink falling off the ribbon.
6. There is no or insufficient air pressure, and it cannot reach the position.
7. When the ribbon is used up, the machine will automatically and continuously (see the position of the stopper at the proximity switch).
8. Check the distance of each movement of the ribbon. The distance is too close, the typing is not clear or there is no typing, and the distance is too far to waste the ribbon.
9. The tension of the unwinding tension adjustment nut is moderate. The ribbon cannot be pulled if it is too tight. If it is too loose, it will often alarm and affect speed.
10. The adjustment of typing time (in the packaging touch screen) is not clear, so you can add less.

2. When the seal is not up to standard or not sealed
1. Check the temperature
(1) It can be gradually heated when it is not sealed.
(2) Check whether the heating plate is in good condition.
(3) Check whether the position of the front and rear tool holders is moderate.
(4) Check whether there is any foreign matter in the front and rear knife holders, and clean them up.
(5) Check whether the air pressure is normal.
(6) Check whether the packaging film is folded.
(7) Check whether the movement of the knife holder is smooth.
(8) Check whether the inner film of the packaging film is complete and whether it is too thick.

2. Sealing deformation
(1) The temperature is too high and the sealing does not form or melt.
(2) The packaging film is not aligned with the running edges.

3. When the light spot is not a standard bag
(1) Check whether the packaging film is normal.
(2) Check whether there is any foreign matter on the optical fiber.
(3) Check whether the reading of the optical amplifier is normal (normally 9 digits).
(4) Check whether the optical fiber is scalded and whether the light source is normal.
(5) Whether the bag length is normal and whether it is controlled by optical fiber.
(6) Check whether the belt is slipping.
(7) Check whether the belt is slipping.
(8) Check whether the high temperature tape is intact.
(9) Check whether there is any foreign matter at the collar of the bag maker.
(10) Check the distance and position between the fiber head and the packaging film.
(11) Check whether the film motor is working normally.
(12) Whether the back film is not tightened, or falls off.

Fourth, the back seal moves back and forth, not standard time
(1)Check whether the position of each blocking wheel is in a line before and after, whether there is clamping or wrinkle.
(2) See if there is any deviation in the vertical seal position.
(3) Look at the phenomenon of non-pull film in the synchronous belt.
(4) Check whether the tension roller is swinging.
(5) Check whether there is film jam during the film pulling process.
(6) Check whether the middle sealing temperature is too high.
(7) Check whether the packaging film pressure plate is intact and not loose.
(8) Fancy whether the seal is sticky or not.
(9) Check whether there is any jam in the supporting feet of the bag maker.
(10) See if there is a scraper in the bag making process.

Five, aluminum film leaks
(1) The inflation pressure is too high, and the seal is opened.
(2) Whether there is any small material clamping.
(3) Whether the temperature is appropriate.
(4) Whether there is any problem with the material of the aluminum film itself, and the inner film is in good condition.
(5)Working pressure adjustment.
(6) Adjust the sealing working time.
(7) Whether the heating film is damaged.
(8) Whether it is folded or not.
(9) Whether the film is scraped during the film pulling process.
(10) Whether there is any leakage during the blanking process.
(11) During the transportation and rolling of the aluminum film, whether the film has several layers of puncture on the surface.

6. When the film cannot be pulled off
(1) Check whether the timing belt is missing.
(2) Check if there is any foreign body at the collar.
(3) Check whether the film guide wheels are stuck.
(4) Check if the film motor is working.

(5) Check whether the high temperature tape is damaged.
